A circa 2007 land cover dataset over Phase 1, and a circa 2010 land cover dataset over Phase 2 and Phase 3 (EOSD_c2007_c2010_Extents), of the Northwest Territories Taiga Plains Ecozone study area provides updated information on forest conditions (i.e., general vegetative composition and density) and is used in subsequent work for generating large area maps of forest inventory information, including the Satellite Vegetation Inventory and the Multisource Vegetation Inventory. Outside of the c.2007/2010 extents, is the original circa 2000 EOSD dataset. Species at Risk Ranges in the NWT, excluding migratory birds

Range distributions for NWT species at risk that are listed or assessed under federal and territorial species at risk legislation. Migratory bird species are not included and should be requested from Environment Canada (EC.SAR-NT-LEP-NT.EC@canada.ca). The supplementary table BIO_ENR_WFE_SARA_AttributeTable contains additional information for each species and can be joined to each feature class using the field ‘FeatureName’.
